How much do you charge?

We charge a flat fee of 10% of the rent and we charge this only when we have rental income. There are no hidden fees!

How do you screen tenants?

We conduct thorough background, income, credit, and rental history checks to ensure reliable tenants. We also contact their references for work and previous rentals.

How quickly can you rent?

With our local market expertise and marketing strategies, we typically fill vacancies within 20 days or sooner

We manage properties across Honolulu but are open to managing in other areas as well. Please ask and we can quickly check if your property will be approved for us to manage.

What areas do you manage?

Do you offer a portal?

Yes, our tenant portal provides real-time access to financials and maintenance updates. It allows the tenants to pay rent right from the app or website. Also, they can access their lease and upload their renters insurance.

Do you require renter's insurance?

Yes, all of our tenants must have renter's insurance within the first month of moving in, or else we place the insurance on them at the tenant's expense.
